For me, it would be a bit much, but I don't really have room in my budget for pieces like this unless they are thrifted or unless I REALLY love them. So I would go with that. Is it the kind of thing that is going to make you feel happy every time you put it on (even if you only wear it three or four times a year?) In that case, and if you can afford it, I say go for it! It doesn't hurt to try a new style, and it does fit you, so if you love it why not keep it?
