Not a restrained look, and I wore it without the scarf for part of the day. Then I just went for it!<br /> 2. What I wore to my son's b-ball game today. Obviously, tonal color was the main ingredient but, in that sweaty gym, I opened up the scarf and had a small Jerusalem Cross to fill up the neckline. On a décolleté of course: an open collar shirt, or a low collar tee or knit top, or a cami-cardi combo. With skinny jeans, for instance.</p> <p>"Tribal" pearls paired with a scarf that has an untreated woolly (=funky) appearance. Living where I do it's often key to wear an outdoor scarf, and I'll cheerfully don it no matter what I'm wearing underneath. I button my my red coat, put on my black and cream scarf, and my entire indoor ensemble is covered from chin to calves. That includes necklaces and indoor scarves. That black and cream scarf, however, comes off as soon as I'm inside. It's strictly an outdoor scarf. If I am wearing a wool or cashmere scarf as outerwear in the winter, I will usually cover up my neck (and hence the necklace) completely and button up my coat--I get cold easily. If I am wearing my indoor scarf as part of the outfit, I may or may not use a "outerwear" scarf over it. But if I do wear an outerwear scarf, it will completely cover my indoor scarf.</p> <p>Whew!
