I really like the green top too, both color and style. And love the boots too. I think the last top looks best with the draped, cowl neck (14) vs the off the shoulder. It is a very flattering neckline on you. If I wear something more formfitting in a knit, I sometime find a heavier fabric works better for me than t shirt weight. I got it at a flea market in Berlin.</p> <p>I wanted to get one for my sister for Christmas this year, but not knowing the right word, I searched for “collar” necklaces and wound up getting her this one from Nordstrom’s. It isn’t stiff like you want, but you might like it anyway because it sort of has a similar effect. </p> <p>LBD’s idea of supporting individual artists is great. Another way to do that is by shopping on Etsy. I just checked there for torc and found a bunch, ranging from $31 to about $85.</p> <p>I like the necklaces you have on.
