You might pick up the reddish color in your clutch in a jacket as a color that isn't too demanding, but you could also wear a colored cami or tank under the shirt so that a bit shows at the neck as an inexpensive way to introduce color. That shirt looks like it could become a workhorse in your wardrobe.

well I guess it's too cold to wear like this outside so a coat in one an accent colour would look good but I erally love as is with the clutch - sensational.

Love the silhouette and the blouse! One of the first changes I made after joining YLF was to add more woven tops to my closet to balance out the knits. This is great. I certainly could see you with a brilliantly colored blazer or sweater. Nothing wrong with all neutrals, though. I favor lots of color myself, but admire the chic simplicity of minimal color.

Gorgeous clutch!

You're outfit looks great. The only thing I would suggest is something like a necklace or scarf or something like that with a pop of color.

ADore the clutch! Maybe beads in a cobalt or the fuschia would have pulled from the purse in a nice way. But you look great as is - I love your style - chic, urban, arty.

This looks great on you!

Congratulations for graduating from Tshirts. So many of us begin there.

A topper in any of those colours....or white (to pick up on Angie's black, blue and white theme...and to move you into spring!)

Yup...i would have suggested having one other item in a color drom the purse to integrate it.

But...i do really really like the base outfit...lots.

As basic as this outfit looks it's still a departure for me because I'm not wearing a tee. In fact when I joined the forum my only style goal was to wear something other than a black t-shirt on top.

So having bravely donned my button-up, I looked for a way to accent the black-and-gray-ness of the ensemble. I rejected black, navy, and gray blazers and cardis. As a result I was cold all day!

The clutch, a Christmas gift, seemed like a nice addition. Of course it was stashed under my desk all day. What if I'd had a topper in any of the brights in my clutch?

Any other ideas?
