Una, a while back I was attending a session where&nbsp;to a child author/psychologist/something was talking about some parenting themes, and one thing popped up: the morning routines and&nbsp;stress, what causes it, how we deal with it, how to minimise it. Long story short, she said that with her daughter it was a major thing to make her put on her clothes in reasonable amount of&nbsp;time and leave the house in time - regardless of when they were waking up.
