The first one does not look boring to me; the jeans are perfect fit and very current, the patent shoes add a touch of interest and the belt is also just right. I see you are wearing earrings and I think the outfit is quite good as is. Outfit 2 is also excellent. I like the repetition of the stripe in the jacket piping and the Vans and the under layer integrates all the colors perfectly. I like both outfits very much. Light wash denim jeans with black is a classic. The navy has the same sort of contrast. You could add a blazer. The long ones look most modern. Both these outfits look current. This may be a total flop. But I had fun putting this ensamble together. Yes, that is my wool maternity sweatpants and double up on thrift blazers. I tried adding a little 80's retro fun with the pearls and scrunchie. My shoulders are sharrrrp with the double shoulder padding. </p>
