It's just too stiff and awkward. I realized that you can very clearly see my shape right through it which is just weird. </p> <p>I'm thinking of trying this instead. The blouse looks like it's supposed to be boxy and I don't mind that style. It doesn't look so big to be a tent, you look fine to me. I'm not a fan of the cuff on the shorts, and they look a tad baggy near the middle area. The red shorts, I like that there is not a cuff, but the pleats don't look like they are lying very flat. This brings a lot of attention to the thighs. The denim shorts are not my favorite. If the rise was just an inch or 2 shorter they would be killer on you. I vote return. The red shorts are good. To be killer, they have to be ironed. If you're willing to do that, keep them. If not, return. I would hate for you to get these if they'll end up hanging in your closet because you don't want to iron them (we've more than one ironing conversation). The shoes, Love! And for what it's worth, I'm really picky when it comes to platform shoes. I can't wear them because I feel like Minnie Mouse in them. And I have a tendancy to go all Judgy McJudgerson when others wear them. I would be concerned that sizing down would make it tight across the bust and kind of remove some if it's flowy-type vibe.</p> <p>The pleated shorts give me a golf skort vibe &gt;&lt; I love the color on you, they look like they fit well. I think they look great from the side, I'm not sure what you don't like about them. They look super flattering to me, they're a 10 in my book. The higher rise makes them ultra leg lengthening.
