It has those sleeves that sit tight around the wrist, if that makes sense? The inside is a wind resistant material and it just provides a ton of warmth. It has helped be survive this recent San Francisco temperature drop! You really rock that puffer (my fave of all coat types). I personally can only dream of wearing short coats like that around. When it's cold, I need a puffer that goes to the knees.
