Is it multiple layers cascading or just one layer? If it is just one layer and it is not too wide of a "bell" you might be able to do a quick fix if you wish to keep it. You just need to pass a piece of elastic thru the sleeve's hem and voila, you have "bubble" sleeves, like in this pic.</p> <p>I happen to like the dress, if you can work around the sleeve issue.
