But it isn't my favorite by a long shot and no one has chosen it either. Otoh, 14/15 is a strong favorite among your votes, and I think it will draw out her eyes, even though it has so little blue itself. She usually wears way too many sequins and sparkly stuff that turns her into a walking cliche. This time she kept it simple and looked stunning. The band of blue beads picked up the color of her eyes and lit up her whole face. </p> <p>I’d like to get her a necklace that mirrors the effect of that dress and that she could wear with casual or dressy tops. Want to help me pick? These are from Nordstrom and the National Gallery of Art, but I’m open to buying one from other places too. We usually stay around $25-35, but if I make it do double-duty as a birthday gift too, I can double that amount. Right now the NGA has 20% off. </p>
