The blouse, like you said, has a gorgeous colour but doesn't fit really great. However, it is a passable outfit that can be dressed up or down. The shoes you have with it are very casual. If you would like to wear this to a wedding, you better have some VERY fab gold shoes and a matching clutch, something sparkley, and of course jewelry.
