I started looking online for ink blue dress ideas and got a variety of shades from my search. I consider ink blue to be a bit brighter than deep navy and with a slight purple undertone. Cobalt is much lighter and brighter. If Mellllls is correct, I believe the jacket I wore yesterday is ink, not navy. It's a blue that's so dark, it's nearly black.
