I had something similar happen with a deep cowl neck on a silk blouse. A little weight was sewed into the hem of the collar to keep it draped just so...unfortunately, the weight and the slipper silk made the blouse droop reallllllly low so a great expanse of my chest was exposed.&nbsp;</p> <p>An attorney with whom I work was in court one day, ran to the restroom during a short break and returned to argue a motion with a good part of her skirt stuck in the waistband of her pantyhose...everyone in the back of the courtroom was treated to a really interesting display. She won the motion, but temporarily lost her dignity, lol.</p> <p>It happens!
