Really love the blue of the skirt and the blazer in #3. Also instantly liked the white top - I can't imagine how the shoulder pads fit. Don't see where there was room.

Very nice black and white (cream?) contrast in #1. I really like your Sam Edelman loafers with the outfit. All three outfits look professional and friendly at the same time. Good job!

I like all three outfits on you. The top looks just fine at the shoulders--good job on losing the shoulder pads. I really like the sleek look of the dress and blazer. It looks very professional and polished, yet the tights keep it more grounded. Nicely done!

Good job with the shoulder pad removal - #1 is my favorite. You do look great in #3 too. Interview = put together and professional, not so bad at all!

I'm sorry I've been absent for the past little bit. But, I'm feeling great now and back to the WIWs. :)

1) I got this shirt from Elizabeth and Clarke and while I loved the fabric and the large exposed silver zipper in the back, I could not make myself love the shoulder pads. I should have taken a pic before i removed them. I was also a little shocked at how they were made. They ended up being 6-8 pieces of felt sewn together. Thankfully, they were easy to remove. A few carefully ripped seams and they were out. While I like the shirt a lot more now, I'm worried that the shoulder looks a little odd. Does anything look off in the pic? I also need to find some slimmer work pants.
Top - Elizabeth and Clarke
Pants - Ann Taylor Loft
Shoes - Sam Edelman

2) This was one of those days when I felt like I needed something shiny. And more color than I normally wear.
Cardigan - Gap Outlet
Top - Banana Republic
Shoes - Clarks

3) I'm really surprised at how much I like wearing my black blazer with dresses. Although, it has led to me being asked if I had an interview that day. Eek.
Blazer and Belt - Ann Taylor
Dress - Eliza J
Booties - Born
