After 3 weeks off for Ireland in October and another 3 weeks in December when college children were home, we have struggled to get back on track... not worried as we can do year round if need be, but getting back into it these past few weeks have been draining...<br />&nbsp;<br />In other news my DD in grad school at Boston College is having quite the adventure with these two back to back snow storms.. We had an hysterical phone call as she struggled to get home from campus among unplowed streets and sidewalks... which included falling twice, rolling over a snow drift, crossing back and forth across street to take advantage of neighbors who had shoveled, all the while listening to her funny commentaries... She joked her entire way through the experience,,, a huge change from her way to school that day where she described getting stuck and not having the energy to pull herself out and ending up in tears... A growth experience for sure...&nbsp;<br />I hope all from Boston area are doing well! &nbsp;</p> <p>Now on to the outfits...<br />We had a rainy 60F day, so a tunic and vest were in order... I never tire of this paisley print top and have owned it for 3-4 yrs now..&nbsp;</p> <p>Next up, our temps dropped to freezing for just one day...I originally thought I would sport all black look but the need for a scarf for my bare decollete changed it to trying a scarf with a necklace for the first time... My maximal self loved that and I will do it again in the future.. This was outfit for lunch with a dear friend who just turned 70! DH is taking DS to private bowling lessons Tuesdays , so I've enjoyed two weeks of lunches with friends..</p> <p>Last up is what I wore to home-school bowling in which I had to sit out as my sciatica is rearing it's painful effects.. I originally had a scarf with grey and teal in it, but at the last minute changed to this one and was quite happy with the more vibrant colors. &nbsp;</p>
