I agree with your assessment.</p> <p>We bought our new Seattle loft. Now we have two! One in SLC and one in Seattle. They both have 30 ft high ceilings. The new space and lifestyle - one family car! - is just what we want. It's on the water too. The remodel will be extensive and take time. Change is good and we are soooo excited :)</p> <p>Your remodel sounds wonderful and very manageable. I LOVE Ikea's aesthetic. I LOVE Scandi design. The balcony will be brilliant - you can garden! - and new bathrooms and kitchen are always fab. SOOOO fun. I'm sure you'll show as pics!</p> <p>About the wardrobe and moving. It's MUCH easier than moving internationally. That's a mare. We're moving less them two miles down the road. This has been a challenge for me. I will say that the quality isn't always the best, but it seems to be the best place to get reasonably modern, minimalist work clothes in fabrics I like. &nbsp;The prices reflect the quality . &nbsp;The pants are great, and I have many pair from this store. Janet - are you talking about the wide leg crops or the regular trousers? &nbsp;Both are pull-on styles, and I wear a very average M in this line. &nbsp;I bought the crops a few weeks ago and haven't actually worn them yet, as the fabrication I chose is pretty spring-y and lightweight. I haven't had them on since trying them on once - lol. &nbsp;They have a wide waistband and tie, which can be worn front or back. &nbsp;Super cute and they produced them in a few different weights. &nbsp;The trousers are their standard pull-on &nbsp;flat front tapered crops . Maybe I need to order some samples (or head to the Saks by my hotel tonight for some in-person sampling).</p> <p>I have Hunter wellies and I really couldn't live in Maine without them. They don't have the style of yours, but they have worked hard for more than 7 years and still ticking. I'm not sure about the finish of yours, but I can get mine quickly back to new looking with a few sprays of Armor-All (the interior car cleaner). </p>
