More people have gone back to the fresh local fruit and veg, local olive oil and local wines. I don't drink but I do eat the traditional food here. Its locally grown and mostly organic. I have celiac disease so eat very few processed foods as I am very allergic to wheat and flour. It's safer for me to eat meat, fish, fruit , veg and olive oil.</p> <p>Clothes wise I have expensive clothes that I have worn for years or I buy new ones cheaply from the Chinese shop and ex catalogue shops here. Clothes are sold by the kilo in weight. I never know what will be coming into the shop next . I have defined tastes though so often buy nothing at all.</p> <p>I have a problem with jeans as the legs have to stretch to accommodate the muscle in my legs and rear but a small waist. I often have to alter them to fit me waist wise. Thank God for clothes with stretch in them. I also have to try on jackets and blouses to make sure I can get my arms and shoulders into them. I tend to go for stretchy material as its just easier to get them to fit right.</p> <p>I work from home a few hours a day doing online marketing and writing about luxury properties for sale here. At home I am usually in smart sports clothes (makes going to the gym easier in between work sessions) and I have to wear smart practical clothes to show clients around the properties in the summer months. I am 57 so pleased I still look fit and energetic. Have been feeling a bit down since I fell and hurt my shoulder four weeks ago. I slipped on a wet floor tile and put my arm out to stop my head hitting the marble coffee table, Partially dislocated my shoulder and had that fixed but I still have pain in the tendon in my left arm. But I have permission to go back to light training on Monday! We landed in Athens with no reservations and no plans, got a ferry schedule, and took off. We went to Santorini, Folegandros, and Sifnos. We stayed in rooms people rented in their houses. That was the happiest trip! I loved the islands and the people. Would love to go back someday. I competed till two years ago (at the age of 55) when I discovered I had celiac disease and Hashimoto's thyroiditis. I am not allowed to diet down to competition levels now but I became a judge at the bodybuilding shows in Europe.</p> <p>I still train with weights three times a week but at the moment I have a tendon injury from a fall so I have to take it easy with how much weight I lift. I also do martial arts (muay thai kickboxing). Because o the shoulder and arm injury I will be doing a lot more swimming this summer.</p> <p>All the photos are taken in Greece...the last one with the puffer coat was on holiday in Northern Greece last month. It was minus 4 degrees but sunny. I have about four layers on, one of them thermal.
