I got the animal print jacket (which I love love love and even wore around the house yesterday just because it made me happy) at my favorite favorite consignment store, the one I never leave without at least one treasure: Fury (in Madison Valley.) You'll HAVE to go with me one day, it's in your 'hood! The owner told me that they currently get a couple hundred new items every day. They just rock. I got a second super cute jacket there that I plan to wear sometime this week and will be sure to post a picture. I'm thrilled we entered the holiday season and there are more reasons to dress up. Lots of parties and outings on the calendar, and I plan to dress up for each and everyone of them, even the ones with kiddos. 'tis the season...<br /> Oh, back to Fury for one second: they had an awesome DVF wrap dress in red/grey/black animal that I loved. Sadly, it was one size too small for me, and fortunately I had two friends with me who told me that in pretty clear terms. By myself I would have been tempted to overlook all the bulges and wrong lines and bought the dress anyway because it was so chic. Here are some outfits I wore in November. The first few are work outfits, and then there are some that I wore for various evening events. </p> <p>I'm especially fond of my new animal print jacket (I smile just seeing it hanging in my closet... I'm a total sucker for animal print) and the outfit with the vest, blazer, tuxedo shirt and red flower. The size of the flower is of course totally over the top (my partner stared in disbelief -- thought I'd mention this since we recently had an interesting thread about how partners/spouses react to our outfits and how it affects us) but I felt hip and sassy and thought it made a great party outfit. My only issue with the outfit is that I look terribly short-legged on that photo, and I'm not sure what exactly causes that - maybe the length of the blazer??
