But I think I'm projecting my own preferences when I say that I like this one better. I particularly like how the patterns are placed on the dress -- with the black dots on green up top and the green dots on black on the bottom -- since it "builds" up the top a little (and since I'm a pear I look for features like that). Somehow the other one is fabricated with a bit more ease. But this one is a little thicker and has more finished edges and hems. </p> <p>Things I like about this one: the low contrast in the pattern, the dots, and the neckline. I kind of wish I could order a hybrid of the two! </p> <p>I don't need another dress. It's funny that an impulse try-on of a garment I initially rejected has taken on such a life! I may try the striped one yet, but really, I probably have enough dresses.
