I think that because it's a longer length, to balance the leggings you may want to try darker shoes; your hair adds a good dose of darkness but because the dress is a bit long it almost feels too far away (not sure if that makes sense?). You could also try cropped leggings that are a bit longer, or maybe even add a dark belt. Have you thought about white leggings? :}</p> <p>Today's outfit is also cute!
