I have also come to appreciate simpler looks with less accessories and bells and whistles which helps. I feel more comfortable wearing dressier items like silk blouses and tailored jackets than before, especially if they are right fabrications (non-shiny silk, ponte knots) and I dress them down with jeans. If experimenting with trendier stuff, I tend to stick to neutral colors. My current biggest issue is wearing brights, as they provoked a lot of comments. Everything is very on trend with colors, textures and overall outfit combinations regardless of when the clothes were purchased. You are SYC really, really well! I have reversed the blazer and the shoes, using striped jacket and bright shoes. The denim is purposefullybg in different shades - for some reason that appealed better to me in this outfit. Black&amp;white striped blazer- Club Monaco, denim shirt- Gap, straight jeans - Diesel, yellow patent flats - Ann Klein.</p> <p>#6 was for a cultural festival at the French Embassy, which was lots of fun. LBD - VS, red patent shoes - Michael Kors, and silver graduation necklace.</p> <p>Thank you for looking! </p>
