It took me a while to find a cut that I like that is has some edge but it also low maintenance - because when I have to work at 6am I am not getting up early to style my hair! This allows me to wash my hair every three days so it's less dry and staticky in winter and saves time. The grey is still an adjustment as it's clearly an age marker. But several of the other stylists said they loved the growout. Although there's no going back now, I have to admit to the occasional moment of shock that I'm so grey! My stylist thinks the color has come in really well and is not too mousy, so I'm going to stick it out. But I had to do something extreme to feel less stodgy.
