I always go email vs. the other options to preserve a little bit more control over what gets shared.  You can also vote at Goodreads if you are a member of Goodreads, but as I said, I couldn't quite figure out how it works there because I didn't see my book on the image list even though it is part of the Amazon list. So I can't really answer that question.  Thank you for the support, everyone. This book has actually been out since 2008 and it is time I released another one.
