She is very much looking forward to it and I would like to dress up at least a bit.</p> <p>Katerina, I like the idea of a festive wrap for the black dress.</p> <p>I will try the Peruvian Connection dress with different shoes and boots/booties and accessories &nbsp;and then do the same with the black dress.<br />I do not run cold, so the lower neck line of the black James Perse should be fine even though it's winter.</p> <p>I really like the lace overlay dress, but when I looked it over more carefully I started having doubts about the neckline<br />I am busty and am not sure it would cover me adequately.<br />Then there is the issue of wearing a bra. DVF silk wrap dresses can go anywhere and are always appropriate. That pattern is a timeless classic. I would wear it with some tall sleek black boots if you have them. No 3 is simple and classic, the perfect base for dramatic jewelry, shoes and bag, perhaps a festive wrap. I like no 4 very much. It is beautiful and slightly unusual. The last two have such low necklines that I think they could be quite chilly. Also, I think 2 would be best of them to wear with boots, of any height. A few Diane von Furstenberg print wrap dresses, like the blue leopard print and some other prints<br />2. &nbsp;patterned knit dress from Peruvian Connection<br />3. &nbsp;James Perse black ruched jersey dress<br />I'm not sure if any of these would work, or if they are all too casual.</p> <p>4. If I am buying a dress, I like the dvf lace overlay dress, but am not sure if that's not too formal.</p> <p>Any thoughts?</p> <p>Thanks! </p>
