Although they technically don't offer free returns, each anc every time I have called them, they have given &nbsp;me free return shipping. Once I just called to ask them to resend the return forms to print as my printer had malfunctioned - it was completely my issue. As the guy was processing those forms, he chatted with me about the shoes, why I was returning, etc. And then at the end he said that since I had been helpful in reviewing the shoes, he was going to make shipping free. And if there is ever a flaw or something wrong with what they send, 6pm will have you ship them back for free.</p> <p>So my opinion of 6pm is fab. Earlier this year I ordered several things from them at once, most of which didn't work out, and I ended up spending almost 20 bucks on return shipping. Then Zappo's bought them out and put their sale items on their site. Then Amazon bought Zappo's so you are really dealing with Amazon when you purchase from 6PM now. I try to purchase from the Amazon site when I purchase 6PM merchandise so I can get the free returns.
