Still haven't steamed the jacket. I'm not worrying about the fact I can't easily button it. I'm wearing it for fun, not warmth. The sleeves are plenty long for my long arms, and I like the length.&nbsp;</p> <p>(BTW-the heatwave broke, I can wear some jackets now, and rain is predicted for Sunday!)</p> <p>I'm going to keep it--to me it's well worth the sale price. It's lightweight and will be useful in the next two months.</p> <p>I still like the EF pants, although I wouldn't necessarily wear them with the jacket, or the patterned top. They almost feel like I'm wearing a skirt, not pajamas. Sorry I dropped the ball here. Lots going on here, with a grueling session of physical therapy yesterday that left me exhausted. However, the jacket arrived today. I need to share.</p> <p>I did size up as was suggested. I love the fabric and the color, I like the style, and overall the fit is good except for just one detail. Is it a killer?</p> <p>I took some quick photos and then chopped off the top because I look so tired. Just want to give you a brief idea. I'll do better later.</p> <p>The jacket is quite wrinkled, so I want to steam it before I try it again and decide.</p> <p>The sleeve length and overall jacket length is good. I think the shoulders will be okay when wrinkles are gone. It looks tight in the back shot but I think it's from holding my phone.&nbsp;</p> <p>But the middle?</p> <p>In my head I am still 5'8 1/2", but the truth is, my last physical shows me at 5' 5 1/2" if I stretch tall. Those 3" are now around my waist. One of those annoyances about aging.&nbsp;</p> <p>It's a single button blazer and I can't button it comfortably. That's ok, I seldom button a blazer. But it's a bit of an hourglass shape, and I'm not sure if this is ok. So far all in good shape and still fit, although I was afraid the latter wouldn't be the case. Forget NAS--it's over, but now we have end of summer sales. So I ordered a few things.</p> <p>Still have that NAS purple blazer on my mind and decided to try it. And after the discussion on burgundy and looking at my purple plum clothes, I need to try a pair of eggplant jeans, right?&nbsp;</p> <p>And there's the UPS truck! Let's see if that LL Bean top I got last year--nice fabric and fit, but I don't like the print--will be saved. Yes, it will work. I'm sure the jeans will fit.&nbsp;</p> <p>Haven't bought much from EF lately, but now that we are going to more events, I feel I need a pair of dressier black pants. And you can never have too many pairs of walking shoes can you? This pair of sale Ecco's seem like they'll work.&nbsp;</p> <p>The rest of the items will arrive next week. If I remember right, someone here bought the 1.State blazer. If so, or any of the other items, how are they working for you? </p>
