I have used two different stylists over the past 5 years and found it to be money well spent. The first got me back on track in terms of wearing a colour palette that suited me and made a ton of outfits out of pieces I already had. The second got me to invest in a few high quality key pieces and mainly counselled buying less not more. So getting VERY excited now that the time is approaching. I re-read some of the old YLF posts and provided the stylist with a very detailed overview of self. Six pages trying to summarise the exercises Angie has set for defining style, identifying orphans etc. AND a 20 page powerpoint image compilation of some of my pieces and images I like. We will start in my closet making up looks and then do a shop. Fingers crossed this works out. I figure the cost is the same as a couple of wardrobe orphans so hopefully will allow me to SYC for a while. Will let you know how it goes! Any tips for the day? </p>
