I think you are absolutely right that Causal is the right word for this set of outfits. However, once the classes start I have to take the casualness up a notch. But they are making less of an appearance in this challenge for two reasons: 1. My burgundy complement is working really well for me so I enjoy wearing that a lot this winter. 2.  A lot of the outfits in this challenge are smart casual. I haven't worn any skirts or dresses yet, mainly because this is the winter break at work, and I don't have classes to teach or meetings to attend. There is more black in my more formal attire.  "I feel like red dropped off the scene for a while, and now I'm seeing it and it looks so fresh and sophisticated. Beautiful looks!" Thank you! Actually, I have never given up on red. I treat it as a neutral.  "I love your ruby jewelry with the mixed metals. It’s unusual and so pretty." This is one of my style resolutions for the next year.
