(it's been a little over a year now).</p> <p>So, because I know some of you guys still remember me (kind of), and I know maaaany of you are lovely, caring people, I just thought I might as well let you know how things are going :)&nbsp;</p> <p>I finally broke into publishing, kind of. I mean, I'm an intern, but at least I'm working surrounded by books, and I get paid for it. Plus, I don't have to wear a uniform to work any more, how cool is that?&nbsp;</p> <p>I have made a decent bunch of friends I joined a Meetup group and it's been the highlight of my life for months (been through pretty rough times!)</p> <p>I've been writing (relatively steady), and working on a couple of fiction projects (and a blog), thanks to my writing group! I hadn't been able to focus on something for years.</p> <p>I met someone especially special :)</p> <p>And to this day I'm still happy that I made the decision to come here, which I think is a great thing!</p> <p> </p>
