Earlier this year, I went through my old makeup (which I barely use) &amp; found a lip shade that looks good enough on me to wear without any other makeup - so I bought two more (because ofc it looks like they're discontinuing it lol). These MVPs in my finds below.<br /> - I very much got out of the order &amp; return cycle and that’s been a relief. I hardly even browse online except when I specifically need an item. In fact I’m somewhat dreading the arrival of some Old Navy gym gear I ordered just knowing that I will most likely have to return some of it! I’ll remember this feeling going into 2025.</p> <p>I plan to stick with the same goals in 2025. I’ve been very happy with my wardrobe this past year. I was less interested in thinking about style and creating new outfits and often reached for formulas and fallbacks, but I always felt appropriate and happy because I had the right pieces available. In November I experienced a major life change (laid off from my company after 24 years - edit to add, it’s not a bad thing overall) and in that sense I have no idea what 2025 will bring me in terms of new wardrobe wants and needs. I don’t plan to acquire much in the first 6 months and will see where my next career phase takes me. And maybe I will finally have time and interest to work on the hair and makeup. </p> <p>Thanks to Angie and the forum as always: you got me to this place of wardrobe pleasure and peace. </p>
