There have to be metrics and data, and if those aren't improving there's Something Wrong! This is the year of no goals for me lol … Sounds bad but for someone with a tendency to be extremely self-doubting and self-critical, it’s a nice place to be. Goals may come up through the year and that’s ok too! I’m rolling with it. As I mentioned in the forum though, I have a slightly new set of style words … Practical, polished and pretty. I’ll use these as a guide and see how it goes!<br /></i><u><i></i></u></p> <p>I am pleased to report that my no-goal goal was largely achieved! I added fairly mindfully, had a few misses but mostly hits, learned, and did not get fraught about it.
