My favorite is the mustard plaid but they're all really nice. I wear a scarf every day for my daily walk so I like to mix things up. My walking outfits are the only wardrobe items my neighbors see me in these days so I try to entertain them with my scarf choices.</p> <p>SUNTIGER: It will be nice to have someone to commiserate with about the trials of a low shop year. I do like the color of the green puffer, I think it's better on me than the olive or the darker green of the cardi.&nbsp;</p> <p>RUNCARLA: I think you are right about muted greens not working well for me, the puffer is brighter and I do like it. What a beautiful palette you shared. I don't have anything pink in my wardrobe, so maybe I should look for another scarf. I see your style as being crisp, and the default autumnal pairings with green might be too ‘mushy’ for you, IYNWIM. &nbsp;Experiment my pairing black and blush with the green items, and see if they don’t work better for you. I can't believe how well mustard works with my wardrobe. I had no mustard last year and now it's one of my favorites.</p> <p>LISA P: Thank you for you kind words. I wore the blue Ecco shoes this summer and they are very comfortable but like you, they don't get as much wear as I thought. They are really cute but I think a chunkier sneaker would work better with my style. I don't wear them for walking because I'm walking on sand and trails but after it's safe to socialize, I'll probably wear them more for playing bridge and lunches out.</p> <p>JENN; Thank you for commenting. I'm retired so I don't need work appropriate clothing, I have plenty of dressy items because I focused on that capsule last year, so casual additions were my focus which worked really well with our pandemic year. I only counted my casual wardrobe items, I also added to my Walking wardrobe but that can be a separate post. My totals were: Mustard/yellow = 7, Navy/blue = 7, Reds, Greens, Blacks, Whites, and Grays = 3 in each color. My Color of the Year was red but that didn't work out because I kept the mustard sneakers that didn't fit my granddaughter and I needed something to wear with them because I had no mustard in my wardrobe. I'm really happy with the mustard but am not so sure about the greens I added. I've worn them and they work well with my wardrobe but I don't love the color on me. The grays, blacks, and whites were mainly replacements of neutrals in my wardrobe. I feel like my wardrobe is in a very good place at present and next year's plans include continuing to work on wearing the items in my wardrobe at least 30+ times. I have a lot of clothes because I like to shop, so I'd like to start a low shop year. We'll see how that works out. </p>
