I am hard on them and wear 2 a day during the summer. I also wash after every wear. One of my "resolutions" for 2018 is to be better organized. It sounds crazy at my age maybe, but it's never too late , is it? I think I could do this, too, though I have not done it mindfully -- I mean I could easily note how many items I still have from previous years.&nbsp;</p> <p>It sounds as if you really stocked up on undies and socks etc. this year in addition to making clothing purchases. A good portion of your number is those. I don't even count those in my tracking so that would be harder for me to estimate. It has been many years since I did this so at least now I am prepared for events where I need to dress up. Number crunchers, enjoy!</p> <p>Eyeglass frames - 1<br />shoes - 14<br />bags - 4<br />tops - 31<br />pants - 0<br />jeans - 6<br />jackets - 3<br />skirts - 0<br />sweaters - 12<br />dresses - 6<br />undies ( pj's, bras, panties, socks) - 29 <p>Total <b>purchased</b> in 2017 - <b>106</b><b></b></p> <p>6 items from 2017 have already been removed from my closet. A cardigan and 5 tops.&nbsp;</p> <p>I also have the numbers of items remaining in my closet from previous years.</p> 2013 - 6<br />2014 - 20<br />2015 - 16<br />2016 - 64<br />2017 - 100&nbsp;</p> <p><i><b>Total items in closet&nbsp; - 206</b></i> <p>I went back to my thread for 2016 and was surprised that I predicted I would not make many purchases in 2017. Boy was I wrong! I do not feel bad about this number because it includes my pjs, undies, gear, and socks, though.</p> <p>The only prediction for 2018 is I will have fun with whatever I purchase.</p> <p></p>
