Not all the uneven hem in jeans, and in pants other than jeans too. They are saying these are the BIG trend for 2016. Mostly shown with some leg showing. But also shown with higher shaft boots. Right now I am only liking them as casual wear, and with flats sneakers and sandals, but thi s could change.
