I really like the idea, but something isn't quite working here for me and I'm not sure what. It may simply be that the necklace feels as if it is competing with the details on the top. But at the same time, I absolutely get why you put it on; it might look a bit plain without it. Hmmm. I also wonder if a slightly longer or slightly straighter underskirt might be ideal here. Do you have other stuff to play around with? I think the idea has potential and would allow you to get lots more wear from the tunic! I tried adding some scarves and bold jewelry, but nothing felt laid-back enough. I settled on just my Orkney Birds necklace.</p> <p>#2 was a bit of an experiment I had mulling around my head for a while. The tunic is too short to wear as a dress, but I don't love it over jeans. I only ever wear it with leggings. I tried putting it on over a slightly longer skirt. What do you think? </p> <p>Please ignore the grinning in #2. I actually recreated this look yesterday and forgot to put on the white cami I wore on Thursday. </p>
