This outfit was inspired by Rae, who always livens up her neutral pants and jackets with such great blouses. </p> <p>#2 - Speaking of neutrals, I came late the neutral challenge and put this together yesterday - I'm not sure I can pull off a whole week of this, though! I'm also not sure that I like the sleeves rolled up now that I look at the pic. What do you think?</p> <p>Your suggestions are most welcome! </p>
