Great shoes.</p> <p>No bare ankles 'round these parts!</p> <p>Love the cobalt with the jeans, and your boots are lovely. </p> https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/topic/2-days-of-wiw#post-1077766 Thu, 07 Nov 2013 14:53:24 +0000 MuseumGal 1077766@https://youlookfab.com/welookfab/ <p>Hey look - the first outfit is not even blue!&nbsp; Jeans don't count, right?&nbsp; Ahem.</p> <p>1 - My version of boyfriend jeans, plus black T and grey chunky sweater.&nbsp; I chose the black and grey to show off the red necklace I made over the weekend.&nbsp; 2nd hand red silk scarf in hair, plus brogues.</p> <p>2 - Closeup of my awesome brogues - they are mens' Bass, tweed and leather, and I LURVE them.&nbsp; However my ankles were cold all day, so I think the shoes are going to the back of the closet until spring and the boots and booties are here to stay for the next 5 months.</p> <p>Ooops, cobalt again.&nbsp; I suppose you could say I'm in a rut but let's go with "signature", OK?</p> <p>3 - Trying to show the true colors - the jeans are a fabulous navy floral print but frustratingly photograph as black from a distance.&nbsp; The bohemian aspect is admitedly subtle here, but I thought the necklace and earrings were suitably groovy.</p> <p>4 - The whole outfit, worn with an old (at least ten years old) black leather jacket, and knee high black leather boots.</p> <p>5 - Close up of another pair of awesome Duo boots.&nbsp; I know the squared off toe is not <i>au currant</i> but I actually prefer square-ish footwear.</p> <p>My fellow northern hemispherians - are your bare ankles put away for the winter, or are you still flashing some bare skin "down there"? </p>
