I like #1 and #3. But I say, that looks like my fuchsia Express pencil skirt! Is that an Express skirt?

#1 is really nice! And I think I like the yellow handbag better as it makes the outfit more interesting to my eye. I agree, the outfits still have to be tried on to truly pass the test.

Thank you ladies. I think the fit issue is a valid point. Thought about it over the wine and decided that if an outfit does not look good on after the bed styling, I will delete the picture. That way I will not try to wear it again. I am hoping this excersize will produce more options with the clothes I have. Now I just need to make sure I 'bed style' before wearing.

These outfits are great! I looooooooooove pink and navy together a la pic #1 - so chic with those metallic shoes.
I have been bed/floor styling this week as well - it has totally kept me on track for outfits this week.

You did will. Now, go have some wine! btw, what is a bag organizer?

I've been thinking about doing the bed styling, too, as a way to jog my memory for outfits that work really well together. Great job.

These are great combinations! Beautiful colours.

Sadly, in my experience, Mo is right. Often the combinations look good on the bed, but a lot less good on my body - due to proportions. But trying on and taking pictures really helps.

Either way, bed or computer, it's not the same as putting on your body. Proportions can be different on you than on paper (or bed lol).

You know, I had never thought of doing that. You could have files and files of outfits ready to go. Hmmm.

OK, not really styling the bed, but clothing on the bed. Honestly, it took me an hour to decide, lay out, and photog. And this is all I got. So, either I am very indecisive, slow, or I need wine to help me through it. Anyway, this is what I did AND I added different bags. My bag organizer came today and I need to load it. My thought is if I document with pictures the possiblilities I currently have in my closet I will make smart choices come purchasing time. I considered the spreadsheet but, I come from a finance background and spreadsheets without numbers just do not make sense.
