They're about 3 years old and the shearling has worn out in spots. My work schedule means in the fall/winter/spring I'm waiting for the bus in the dark, going home in the dark. I wear my Uggs 6+ months of the year. My major concern is my instep. I'd worry that Seattle weather would be too warm for them. On the other hand, if you venture over to the Inland Empire often in the fall, winter and spring, those would be brilliant. With the studded Deborah's, those are gorgeous and I bet would be more wearable and longer lasting than the Nine West ones.
