yay or nay on these shoes

Can you all look at these and tell me to either toss or keep. If keeping, what to wear with. I'm trying to look a little less like I jumped off the fashion train---which, honestly, I never got a ticket to in the first place.
I'm 32 and a SAHM if that helps.

I like the brown and black ones; you could probably do those with a plaid or checked brown pant, or dark jeans, or any kind of nice pant really.

The black ones look a little worn, and they're not really my style, so I wouldn't be a good judge of them. I used to have loafers similar to those, but I've tossed them all for a sharper look.

Same here. I have some similar to your second pair that I only occasionally wear with pants when I need full foot coverage, and I plan to replace them with something cuter. The problem with them is that they come up too high on the foot. Flats with a lower vamp are cuter and just as comfortable.

The first ones are really cute, keep. The second ones are keepers if they are super comfortable and you need to keep them before you can replace. They are sort of classic and I would only wear them with a wider leg pant.
