I'm going stand up paddle boarding in conjunction with a local pub later this afternoon. I plan to float over (the meet up is directly across the river from me) and then walk to the pub after paddling. It's about 1/4 mile or so from the park where the paddle starts and ends.
So, I'm going to be getting wet for sure. But I'm also going to be sitting in a pub for the 2 for 1 after beer with regular patrons.
I have 2 options in mind - polka dot board shorts or surfer dress (nylon type rayon so it quick dries). The dress would be 'nicer' but the shorts have a pocket I could stash my key and credit card in. Either choice will be over my bright purple suit.
