What I notice most is how wearing the right colors affects your face and skin. You look younger with this new color scheme. Like you had a facelift or something! It's quite amazing actually.

And of course I love all of your outfits!

I love all your outfits too! It is winter here so I need to save this as my style guide for summer! Can I ask where is the teal top from and also the distressed jeans?
I hope you are feeling better. You are rocking the new hair colour.

Jackie, you have such a wonderful, positive attitude, and I couldn't agree more that looking good on the outside definitely affects how we feel on the inside - a great mantra to follow.

I'm glad you found the colour analysis helpful. It's going to make shopping so much easier from now on. I have to agree that the blue scarf is stunning on you, as is that lovely teal - fabulous on you.

All outfits look lovely on you, as always. Very, very nice.

This was an interesting read, the cool/warm dilemma could be my own problem -tied to hair color- too! Your new new color suits you so well! &You have a cohesive style, and love all your outfits!

Brooklyn - the teal top is from Aritizia, and the distressed jeans are Vigoss from several years ago. I got them on a Canadian flash sale site, but I believe Nordstroms carries that brand.

Cocolion - a facelift!!? I'll take it, and I'll keep wearing the better colours just for that !!!

Thx for the comments. Angie, it's great to be back in the YLF saddle, so to speak.

Welcome back! You're looking radiant in your new colours, and a beautiful selection of outfits as ever.

Fascinating to read about your experience of warm and cool tones in conflict. I think I may have the same problem but it'll be a cold day in Hell before I give up on the red hair dye.

Hi Jackie! You look amazing. So fun to hear how your analysis turned out. I'm not at all surprised that you're a soft summer. The hair colour really suits you. Do you think you'll go natural eventually, or keep colouring it?

I love all your outfits. Can't even pick a favourite. I hope your health issues resolve quickly. Thinking of you.

Health is so important, glad you're getting things sorted.

I had to come back to this post. I love your looks. There's a lot I can take away from this as my life is very casual too (love your golf ensemble - I'm headed to the driving range on Thursday for the first time since my daughter was born - she's 5!)

What I'm most intrigued by is the hair colour change. I can't say I can see the warm colouring in your highlights and the cool tone of your darker hair. Maybe I'm tone blind?? I think you wear both well. I'm now obsessed that my hair highlights are too warm! I'm pretty sure I have cool colouring (I've never had my colours done though). How close is your new colour to your natural colour? What did you tell your colourist to do? Is it the same person that gave you the highlights? Do highlights always turn warm over time? Does purple shampoo help?

The pinky lilac colors are the most different to what I've seen you in, and I like them on you a lot.

When I had my colors done when I was 14, I just came out as summer, so I'm not aware of all the summer nuances that have since appeared. However, I do know that most of your current color choices are ones that work on me, so of course I like all this very much!

(FWIW, your earlier, tougher, darker looks are also very much to my taste as well.).

If you hit a Club Monaco sale and you like long coats, look for the powder blue Rumi coat. I got one last year and the color is amazing. US online only has size large though.

Good gravy, what a fabulous lot of outfits! Sooo nice to see you post again. First off the new hair color and color palette is amazing on you Jackie (#14 really is wow). Don't know that I can pick favorites, but I can say that you're rocking the loooong silhouettes (#1, 4, 8, 12-14, 16, 17, 28, 29); particularly drawn to the simplicity of #6, 9/10, 22, 25, 33, 36, 41; love the sass in #15; the way very light mixed neutrals look with the new hair color a-la #17, 29, and 35; and I always love seeing those awesome shorts in #43 (is that the only time you've worn them this year??).

(Sorry to hear about the health issues, hopefully things are all sorted and getting better.)

So good to see you back and looking incredibly fabulous! These cool tones are so you and you hair is looking great. I agree with Cocolion that these tones bring out the best in your skin tone and features. Just gorgeous.

And hope all is well with your health. Will be keeping you in my prayers for a positive outcome:)

I love the results of your hair and closet makeover! I'm a self-diagnosed soft summer, and it's such a lovely palette to work with. So what a treat to see you in so many different iterations of it! Your uniform formula works perfectly.

And my sympathies re: the health issues.
