What a terrific, cohesive wardrobe you have come up with! You could easily use all the pieces next summer.
The only item that gives me pause is the pants in 2, 3 & 4. At that length, I would like to see them be even more tapered, or else commit to width and go even wider, like culottes or palazzos (though the wider might just be my own style preferences talking, and would probably require a different length and different proportions of top, so best forget I mentioned it). Compare with the white crops in 5, though, which are the same length, but the eye is drawn by the cuff and the taper to the slimness of your legs from the knee down.
In other news, I love the plaid shorts as is. Both the length and width. You would lose some of the crispness if you tapered the sides. Part of that is the tartan, though. If your mom duplicates them in a different fabric it could make sense to try tapering more.
I like the length of the skirt just fine. It is flattering on you, both with the proportions of your body and the proportions of the outfit. And the length is fine for summer. For fall/winter you might prefer a longer tube skirt (although beware of the dreaded creep with tights. Always a problem for me in winter because I commute by car and wear a long coat, so lots of friction).
