Hi Ladies,

Happy Monday from Down Under:)

As you know I don't wear much denim...I just never find it as comfy as I would like, so I bought these jersey cropped denim look pants as a jeans alternative.

#1 is how I wore them to work at the store today. Cobalt Cami under twist tunic top.

#2 is how I styled them for my office job:) Black blouse under sleeveless draped jacket.

These remind me of the distressed denim looking pajama pants that some Fabbers raved about. They look comfortable and warm for a cold day. Blue and black are a great pairing.

Those look great on you, Deborah. As Joy said, they are a bit like the distressed denim knit pants on here a while ago except without the distressing distressing, lol! I love the blue and black.

Oooh I like. Are they the Motto jeans fabric? I have been rather curious about the Motto jeans as they look very comfy.

Both are perfectly styled for the so different demands! My fave is nr 2, that sleeveless jacket is really a great piece-arty & a bit avant-garde to my eyes:-)

I'm following the blues thread, even though these seem a little more cobalty than denimy, because I have found a sort of medium denim-blue to be much more flattering than black or navy (on me) and yet still in that work-neutral range and in the cool spectrum. It needs to be not-denim, but have some of the complexity of denim and not a flat medium blue or powdery blue. A moody gray-light navy-tweedy-semi-denim. I have an eye out for some kind of blazer like that.
I found a few items fabric-wise but nothing that fits. So still am keeping a watch..
