The last time I wore this blouse, I wasn’t pleased with the proportions. The blouse looked too long with a skirt but it doesn’t really suit belting or tucking because of the ruffle in front (http://youlookfab.com/welookfa.....ls-leather). So today I’ve paired it with my black pinstripe pants (the one current pair of dress pants I actually like and that fit well!) which I think works better proportionately. But the best part of the outfit are the vintage beads I’m wearing that I found at my new favourite vintage store. Angie had suggested vintage beads when I wore the blouse the last time and she was right (again…don’t you ever get sick of being right Angie?). These are Czech beads, quite heavy, from the 1940’s and the clasp is absolutely gorgeous. The owner of the shop suggested wearing the necklace a little sideways so the clasp can show as part of the necklace. I love the look.

What do you think? Suggestions for improvement? As always, all comments welcome.
