Sorry for being scarce at the forum. RL is taking command.

The last weeks have been sunny and really nice, but temps are still low (5-12 Celsius, 41-53 F). I wore this outfit for a casual day at work. I really like the tomato red skinnies with blue and whites.

I actually put this together some week before the YLF post and was waiting for the weather to warm up. It was really fun to see the ensemble. I like the cropped look best without nude knee-highs because it feels less fussy, therefore I had to wait to wear it.

Really cute!!! I think that if the pants were a bit longer and tighter, it would be better. The trench coat is super cute!

This is fabulous! I LOVE how you have adapted this for your cool temperatures and climate and made it your own! I always admire it when a person finds a way to say "spring summer" in very covered up items, which is so necessary under these circumstances.

Shivering with you, by the way - - we have had very few hot days so far.

I like this and find it very flattering on you -- and I almost never like the dress over pants look. I hope you will get warmer weather soon and not have to wear the pants though!

Thank you so much! I was surprised that this outfit works so well, both visually and emotionally because I'm not a fan of dress or tunics over skinnies and leggings for myself. I've enjoyed the look on others, but never got the right feel for myself. Until now

Yes to the whole outfit. I am surprising myself by being in love with the way it looks with the trench. I would usually find that ALGO/too much for me but somehow it works and is fun and eye catching. I think it's because the colors, although contrasting, harmonize well, as do the crisp fabrics, silhouettes and lengths. Nice job bookending the bag and shoes too -- pulls it all together.

This outfit knocks it out of the park -- proportions and fit and optimium, the colors are vibrants, but grown up, and the accents are true modern classics.

Thank you so much! I'm embracing whites this spring. Feels fresh and fun. I would never have guessed that. Black was my safe and edgy colour for years. I still love black, but isn't as dominant as it used to be.
