Two of my friends threw me the most amazing party this afternoon. Food, games, party favors... My sister and two close friends bailed at the last minute, but the rest of us had a wonderful time. I'm super grateful for the thought and effort on my behalf - I didn't have to do a thing... never even thought I would *have* a bridal shower, since my wedding is so small!
I wore this freshly-dyed silk dress (dye review on the blog), because it felt festive and comfortable for the hot weather we've been having. The fiance says this is now his favorite dress in my collection.
The shoes came from Marley via last season's swap party, and they were a big hit today! The gray cardi was brought with me just in case of A/C woes.
