Gorgeous and sounds like a wonderful wedding.

You look great and that dress is amazing

You really look fab!

Janet, you look absolutely amazing in this outfit! I love how you paired the "pretty" floral dress with the "tough" leather jacket. Really fabulous!

You look stunning! Really beautiful, and so appropriate for a tricky event!

You look amazing and that combinations is so suitable it seems so obvious, but I'm sure that dress code would have stumped many.

Love your outfit, the trusty floral dress is indeed so trusty! But also, Stuart Weitzman boots and the Helmut Lang black leather jacket are not quite some common boots and jacket, they are making a big the difference (fit, quality, design). YLF Janet but when can we see the upcomming MOTG outfit, too?

Great look and it sounds like a fun wedding!

Wow! You have just made florals cool and edgy:)

You totally ROCK that outfit! In fact, you've totally got that rock diva look yourself. That dress with the boots combination look that good on you.

A fun wedding look, I especially enjoy that you have flowers here, which are often dainty but with the jacket and boots has that rock n roll vibe instead.

Great dress! Lucky that it looks so good with boots and a jacket. I'm glad to hear that you had such a good time and your outfit worked perfectly.

I'm also really curious what the other guests wore to that very unique, very fun themed wedding

Thanks, all! Hubs was very helpful with feedback for this occasion (as I was for him!). It was a little tricky but we felt great in what we wore, chill and rain notwithstanding.

The guest attire was all over the place! The bride wore a strapless gown with a black background and a peach floral print, and the groom wore a suit with peach tie. The bridal party wore shades of peach and coral in a variety of dress styles (I did the same thing for my wedding -- shades of blue/periwinkle but dresses of the individual's choice).

Guests were wearing everything from jeans and sweaters to cowboy gear to maxi dresses... Footwear ranging from stilettos (yes, in the mud) to Hunter rain boots to sneakers. So it was so eclectic that we wouldn't have stood out no matter what we wore! I did like that the groom's mother wore a sleek black pantsuit with a white collared blouse. She looked sharp!

Jeanne, my dress is not a Ted Baker, but that TB-ish print was definitely what attracted me to it!

I just brought J Roddy up on Spotify. I love finding new music, especially stuff that isn't mainstream. That look is so much fun and perfect for the occasion. And as fab as that dress looks on you I'd say stop torturing yourself trying on new dresses for you step son's wedding.

Love that combination of florals and leather. Edgy flowers. Great dress on you.

You look amazing!

I love this! A gorgeous dress and some serious rock 'n roll attitude with the jacket and boots.

You look amazing! What Karie said. I bet people were noticing your fab outfit.

You are a style genius Janet. Now I want a fitted floral dress too.

Hi Janet -- sounds like a fun, if muddy, event!

Love the results and you must feel good knowing you have a great dress for the next shindig.

Do you ever wear the dress in winter? Seems like all you have to do is add hose/tights to this look and you're in business.

Your floral dress is so flattering on you and I think you styled it perfectly for the occasion. I thought of you when I saw this dress, it reminds me of a moody Ted Baker floral. And I love the edgy cutout shoulder detail.

You are stunning, Janet! Love the leather with the floral, and the way you chose "rock-n-roll" accessories, too. Love the rose gold for a bit of feminine luxe!
