Dear YLF
The end of the week turned out to be ( pleasantly ) busy and I didn't have the opportunity to get back to you, but wanted to share 2 outfits before I forget.
1. This outfit yesterday seemed planned to make people happy. Maybe because it was a dreary day and the outfit was not. Various people commented on the pretty shoes, the coat or how they both matched.
2. Today I overslept and dressed up on a hurry. I had hidden ( clearly not well enough ) this shirt dress because I spent great part of my winter ( like 90%) in it and thought that we could take a break and I could wear the other stuff in my closet. Muscle memory being what it is I once again rummage for this dress and wore.
Turns out this coat is earning its place in my wardrobe. Following the wise words of Angie I bought a warm coat in a light color for early freezing spring and it is making me happy to be able to dress springy.
