Thanks for the insightful comments everyone I'm on a painfully slow connection right now, so I'll respond more later. But I appreciate the assurance that there wasn't some glaring flaw about this that I missed. I do agree that the color isn't my best, and that he style is different than my usual (I'm surprised that it reads girly, I thought it might be reading old and frumpy). I'll take a side view pic next time I wear it - but it's not horrid (not any worse than any dress is on my in side view).
